We’ll create a custom proposal based on the event details and scope of work. All proposals have an itemized list of our specific services, broken down by planning timeline: pre-event, during-event, and post-event.
Once you’re ready to move forward, simply sign the contract and make your deposit. Then we can get to the fun stuff!

No, we don’t– in our experience, both parties benefit from a longer partnership. Suppose you are excited to take the reins on the majority of booking vendors and deciding logistics. In that case, we want to be on standby, ready to help answer any questions you have during the planning process, and then we’ll hop in to wrap up all the final details and take over vendor communication through your event.
